As part of the Transforming Our Primary Schools (TOPS) programme, South Tyneside went forward with the proposal to provide a new building for Stanhope Primary School. The site for the new school was to be the existing school site. S G W Construction in Redcar contacted Falco to provide a stylish and robust cycle shelter to blend in with the state of the art designed school building as a way to encourage more students to travel to school by bike. Falco provided Stanhope with various cycle parking and cycle shelter options that fit within budget and matched the exact specifications the school was looking for. The FalcoLite cycle shelter was soon the product identified to meet this requirement due to its robust design and cost effective price! The image attached shows the cycle shelter equipped with stainless steel Sheffield stands to accommodate up to 10 bikes!
