Hackney Primary Schools Receive New Cycle Parking & Scooter Infrastructure

This month, sixteen Primary Schools across Hackney have taken delivery of Falco cycle parking and scooter infrastructure on behalf of the London Borough of Hackney Council.

Two key products of the roll-out include the traditional FalcoQuarter cycle shelter combined with the Toaster cycle rack to offer pupils simple and effective cycle parking.

Each cycle shelter has been powder coated in an eye-catching vibrant colour and also features a bespoke rack for the secure storage of scooters.  

It’s been a busy year here at Falco and the scheme shown here for Hackney Council is only one of many cycle parking and shelter installations for schools and universities installed by Falco during the lockdown periods. Other recent installations including Ada Lovelace High School in Ealing, the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge, Leeds Trinity & All Saints University College, University of St Andrews, Chelmsford College and other schools including Queens Manor Primary School in Fulham, Coppermill, and a number of schools in LB Waltham Forest.

The Hackney primary schools which received the new cycle infrastructure across the borough include; Mandeville, Daubney, St Mary’s, Grazebrook, Berger, Cardinal Pole, Holy Trinity, Randal Cremer, Betty Layward and Our Lady and St Jospeh Primary schools.
