I have thoroughly enjoyed my working career at Falco and made some life-long friends. My job role and responsibilities have been broadened and my skill sets have been recognized and utilised. Falco supported me to further my qualifications in the form of a University Diploma in Leadership and Management. I’ve been lucky enough to travel extensively throughout the UK, many times to Holland and also to Spain with my role. Throughout my employment, the company has evolved with its direction and product ranges as the markets change. What hasn’t changed is their family values and ethos which is why Falco UK has retained so many loyal staff”.
Paying tribute, Falco MD Rob Harper praised Bryan’s dedication and hard work, noting "throughout Bryan’s time with Falco, he has strived to achieve more all the time, his full commitment to Falco is a testament to his drive - always knowing what his next goal is and working towards that. Bryan has also worked very hard with the Team in the Netherlands, to enable great connections with our Dutch Colleagues, playing his full part in building a strong relationship. Over his tenure of Sale Office Manager, Bryan has forged year on year increases in Sales for the Business, even during the challenging times within our Industry and in the country as a whole. It has been a pleasure to work with Bryan and I wish him every success over the years to come".
